We are looking for an Insight Associate to join the Central SMG Team, to supporting the FMCG side of the business.
Some key responsibilities of an Insight Associate include:
- Creating, tracking, and analysing campaigns through test and control analysis
- Uploading data to our in-house shopper insight portal Plan-Apps
- Maintaining a tracker to facilitate the management of the client’s evaluation reviews
- Assuring that the data on Plan-Apps is accurate and ready for client use
- Assisting in the development of the insight function and supporting key strategic projects
- Becoming the ‘go to’ person for all things ‘data’
We’re looking for:
- Strong Excel skills. Ability to work efficiently in Excel and create complex formulas and charts
- Experience using Python would be an advantage but not essential
- Eager to learn to use (and improve) new technologies
- Highly organised and efficient
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills. Understands basic statistical concepts such as averages and trends.
- Experience with data analysis tools and work experience in this or a related sector would be an advantage but is not essential
