We are SMG, the parent company of three small-medium, fast-growing agencies; Capture, Lobster and Threefold, who each have a unique specialism and an unrivalled client list. Across the group, we have a shared vision and mission to lead connected commerce marketing.

We are looking for a Programmatic Executive to join the Capture team.

Some key responsibilities of a Programmatic Executive include:

  • Supporting programmatic lead across all campaign management, including daily budget tracking and bid strategy.
  • Identifying significant trends and opportunities for optimisations against campaign KPIs, including both online and offline metrics.
  • Interacting with client teams as necessary to update on campaign performance, optimisations and insights.
  • In-depth post-campaign reporting, presented in a client-friendly manner, providing proactive recommendations.
  • Offering support to the wider team as required, helping with programmatic related queries and future growth projects.
  • Delivering proposals off the back of campaign briefs.

Capture provide a one-stop agency solution removing the barriers to great shopper campaigns. Working across all touchpoints that can influence a shopper to buy (from point of sale to programmatic), which in today’s marketing landscape goes far beyond just ‘cardboard in-store’. We put time, attention and insight into making sure we reach the right shoppers, in the right stores, with the right message, on the right media.

We’re looking for:

  • Good knowledge of display media and digital campaign management.
  • Familiar with digital performance metrics and reporting.
  • Experience working with DSPs desirable (The Trade Desk, Criteo, Citrus, DV360).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and engaged working approach.
  • Able to deal with new challenges, bringing solutions to the table.
  • Dedicated team player, able to build relationships internally and externally.
  • SEO/SEM & PPC experience desirable.
  • Experience in a growing FMCG or shopper environment.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and matrixed organisation with a solution focused mind-set.
  • Possess strong influencing and interpersonal skills, within a demanding and high performing work environment.
