We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Threefold agency, working on our Boots partnership. We want someone to drive forward BMG's media development strategy across both digital and offline.
What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same. However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:
- Manage a portfolio of key strategic stakeholders, building relationships with either supplier brands or key Boots partners to ensure we are understanding their needs, and identifying ways to help them achieve their goals.
- Work with existing 3rd party media suppliers to improve and evolve media options and identifying new partners to drive innovation.
- Oversee outbound content for clients, including media recommendations, evaluation results and insights.
- Work with the around you team to develop high quality written proposals that clearly outline the project strategy and tell a coherent story of the desired outcome.
- Support the generation and delivery of new business to ensure we hit our growth targets.
- Develop clear and efficient media planning, management, and evaluation processes, building a clear pathway to getting a campaign from A to B.
- Be an essential team member in company-wide miscellaneous projects which further support business development.
What you'll need to have / be
- Strong & demonstrable background in a client-facing commerce media role ideally with experience in digital, in-store and OOH.
- Understanding of wide range of commerce media channels and the retail marketplace.
- Experience of working within a large agency and/or working with large clients on key campaigns and projects, possessing a solution focused mind-set with experience delivering growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to provide outstanding client service.
- Possess strong influencing and interpersonal skills, confident communicating with senior client stakeholders.
- Proactive and engaged working approach.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Whilst the current role will have no direct report initially, experience in people management would be desirable.
- Experience of development, execution, and evaluation of multiple projects.
- Dedicated team player, able to build relationships internally and externally.
